Tide Cleaners provides dry cleaning services with quick turnaround, often within 24 hours. The pricing is generally considered reasonable. However, there have been instances where items were missing from orders, such as a pair of pants. In such cases, corporate has been responsive and helpful. Additionally, Tide Cleaners' staff are reported to be friendly and courteous, with some even displaying acts of kindness towards those in need.
Outstanding service. Great location for me. After my former dry cleaner closed shop I shopped around and tried about 3 other cleaners and none gives similar service for a better price.
When I dropped off the clothes there was a girl with pink braids at the counter. She said nothing to me. I told her I was dropping off three button up shirts and placed them on the counter. She grabbed the shirts still saying absolutely nothing and gave me a ticket.
The next day I came in about 1.5 hours before the estimated time they’d be done to see if they were done early. It was the same girl with pink braids. She said nothing and took my ticket, scanned it, gave it back to me and said “not ready” so I left. Neither of these interactions did she look up or make eye contact. Been going to the cleaner that Tide Cleaners bought out for many years and I've had great service. Prices have gone up and services have gone way down, so I am never going back to Tide Cleaners. Services we're heading downhill, but the last straw was when I dropped off my clothes at 5:00 on Tuesday July 2nd and was promised that my clothes would be ready before I went away for the holiday weekend on Wednesday July 3rd by 5:00 p.m. My clothes were not ready when I went in on Wednesday and the clerk, who was polite, called her manager, but the manager didn't care about the promise made by her store. I recommend that everyone stay away from this place.
