Their work is good. I have no complaints about the cleaning services. The only thing I would say they need to work on is their customer service. When you walk in you almost feel like you're intruding on their time.

I am writing as Aleisha at the University Blvd/ Cherry Creek location deserves to be recognized for her high-quality service!
I am a relatively new customer to this location, and Aleisha has been kind, respectful, informative, and positive with each of my interactions. Most recently, I walked in while she was leaving a voicemail for a concerned customer, and she handled the voicemail with genuine empathy and a desire to help the situation. Tide Cleaners offers excellent service at a very reasonable price particularly for wash and press shirts. Staff is very friendly and items are always on time. The one criticism I have is that their corporate app is terrible, but this is obviously not the store fault.
