Tamar helped us design our kitchen cabinets and we were so thrilled with the product & service we also worked with her/Thurstons for 3 more bathroom vanities. Tomorrow came out to measure and look at our space. Then she gave us great recommendations to tweak our design. When a sample of the cabinet came in and I was unhappy with the color, she called the cabinet company and put it on hold and allow us to change the wood and the stain mid order. Finally, when we were ready to install the cabinets ourselves, she came to our house and helped us organize the cabinets and gave us installation tricks. Tamar is simply amazing.

Emily, the interior designer is excellent. I called the store and she immediately fielded my questions and provided me with 2 estimates for kitchen cabinet lines based off my architects plans. She met with me on two occasions to look over the products, answered my gazillion questions about cabinet construction and lended me samples to take home. I ended up going with another line not carried by Thurston but felt that they provide great customer service. Ask for Emily if you visit!

I worked with Lilly at Thurston on our primary bathroom remodel. The customer service and level of care Lilly and the Thurston team demonstrated was by far the most exceptional care I have ever experienced ever working with anyone. Lilly came out to inspect the install of our vanity and found several issues with the way my contractor (who was not one of their installers), installed the vanity. She immediately got to work identifying the issues, finding ways to make it right and making sure it was the finished product was up to Thurston's high quality standards. They had one of their own installers come out within a tight deadline to fix things before the countertops were measured. I was blown away by the care they showed on helping fix the issues my contractor created. Additionally, I think Thurston's pricing, selection and design are top quality. Lilly is also a gifted designer and I relayed on her opinion and expertise to help guide my selection. So often times, I find reps at other home stores are just interested in closing deals quickly and moving onto the next client. Not Lilly or the Thurston team. I know this wasn't a huge project for her but she treated my project with the same level of care and detail as someone doing their entire home. I won't go anywhere but Thurston moving forward and will tell all my friends the same. It was really an exceptional experience.
