Absolutely amazing service!
Adam and Griffin were our cocktail servers and they were phenomenal from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Their energy and professionalism truly made the experience even better. You can tell they take pride in what they do.

I wish we could give one set of stars for service, and another set for the environment. The service was 5 star! The staff were kind and accommodating, and they provided lots of nice little extras. The massage from Katie was one of the best I've ever had, and left me feeling AMAZING! The spa space, however is not 5 star. It is in need of some updating, and is rather small for a resort this size.
Very nice facility. All the guest amenities you could need, which is becoming harder and harder to come by. Staff was very nice to us. Blanca at the welcome reception was professional, helpful, and kind. Nice and warm whirlpool. Reasonably priced day pass for hotel guests.
