I’ve had spa days in cities all over (it’s my ritual wherever I travel, one spa day before travel back home) so I don’t say this lightly: Deidra gave me one of the top five massages I’ve ever received. She was gentle where I needed softening and firm where I needed release, and left me completely undone in the least painful way I’ve ever experienced. She read my body well, offered thoughtful observations about my alignment, and made my birthday week feel genuinely celebrated. I’ll be requesting her by name every time I return. Absolutely amazing service! Adam and Griffin were our cocktail servers and they were phenomenal from start to finish. They were friendly, attentive, and made sure we always had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Their energy and professionalism truly made the experience even better. Very nice facility. All the guest amenities you could need, which is becoming harder and harder to come by. Staff was very nice to us. Blanca at the welcome reception was professional, helpful, and kind. Nice and warm whirlpool. Reasonably priced day pass for hotel guests.
