I recently moved to Denver and have been to a couple different stylists since. I haven't been able to find someone to cut my curly short hair the way that I liked and a way that made me feel like me. Today, I met with Harper and she provided such great service and conversation. She asked a lot of questions to make sure she understood what I wanted and continued to talk me through the whole cut. Harper and the staff made me feel welcome and I can confidently say I have found my home hair stylist. Thank you Harper and Factory Hair Salon for making me feel safe and welcome, as well as making me feel like myself again with an amazing curly cut.

My hair is extremely thick and has been challenging for many stylists to cut and style well. Alexandra took the time to really hear what I wanted for my haircut and used her expertise to make it even better than what I had in mind. I am very pleased with how it turned out and my overall experience with Alexandra and The Factory Hair Salon. Highly recommend.
