I was so excited to have my eyebrows threaded but even though I made an appointment, I left with furry brows. I had an appointment with Tonie, a couple of hours before the appointment she rescheduled me for the next time. That wasn't a problem for me, I'm rather understanding when people aren't feeling well. When I showed up at the rescheduled appointment time, she seemed confused as to why I was there. Seemingly, she forgot that she rescheduled me. Had brow threading done by Tonie. I didn't love the results, shape-wise, and there were still some stray hairs. So, if you're looking for something close to perfection, try elsewhere.
