Been a customer for past year and love their service, they are very attentive and want you to be satisfied with their work. When I had a hot towel shave, it was a phenomenal job to the point that they even checked with me about a problem spot under my chin as they didn't want to irritate my skin at the expense of a completely smooth shave.
