Whenever we have an issue, someone is always available to answer the phone and get things resolved quickly. Compared to our previous IT firm we worked with in the past, TRT's communication is exceptional. They don't leave you in the dark, and they're always on top of things. If you're on the fence about choosing TRT, I’d say don't settle for being ignored or having your issues go unaddressed.
