Jacob was great to work with until the end of the project and settling up expenses. There was $2.6K of edging returned as well as two other hard material orders that never arrived. He has been non-responsive to emails about issuing a refund now that the project is over. It’s been a super disappointing experience given my initial experience. If you want to avoid any headaches of chasing a contractor for refunds, I’d recommend working with another group.

I am so thankful that Jacob came into my life at just the perfect time. I was more than ready to change the look and feel of my home and yard. He presented several ideas for me to consider and then spent time listening to me. He gave me detailed plans and thoroughly discussed each aspect. He then found a contractor that was exceptional and worked in a very collaborative way to see the project to completion. His selections of plants and their placement met every expectation.
