Tank's World Class Barbers is a welcoming and comfortable barbershop with a great atmosphere. It is a Black-owned business on Colfax and many customers' number one choice. The barbers provide excellent haircuts with master class skill, precision, attention to detail, and artistic talent. They expertly handle cuts, fades, lines, undercuts, and intricate designs. The service is friendly, with warm hospitality that makes clients feel at home and more than just a walk-in. The vibe is old school barbershop with good conversation. The wait is not long even when busy, as the barbers work efficiently. Prices are affordable and on point. Many customers call it their new favorite spot and go-to barbershop in Denver, highly recommending it for both the fantastic cuts and the out of this world hospitality.
I truly appreciate the last-minute service, the warm hospitality, and of course the excellent haircut. From the moment I walked in, I felt at home—the atmosphere was welcoming and comfortable, and the barber made me feel like more than just a walk-in client. There was an instant connection, the kind you look for when finding a barber you can trust long-term. The attention to detail, the conversation, and the overall vibe made it a great experience. Without a doubt, this will be my go-to barbershop whenever I’m in Denver.
There are several barbers on Colfax, but my number 1 choice is Tank's. Tank is a master class barber. I got my haircut yesterday. There were 5 people ahead of me. I thought oh Lord, this will be a long wait. But, it wasn't. I sat there and watched Tank single-handedly knock out black barber haircuts like a champion! Each person was transformed into a new version of themselves, one by one. The wait wasn't long. He cut, faded and lined my hair with precision. That's not easy. This spot deserves every bit of its high rating. I came here as a walk-in after my appointment at another barbershop up the street left me waiting for 20 minutes in an empty room. Macho hooked me up with one of the best cuts I've had in a while. This is my new favorite spot for a haircut in Denver
