Kyle was the guy we worked with to replace a roof on our rental property. He kept us informed the whole way and worked directly with our insurance company. Everything went smoothly. We highly recommend this company.
My daughter and her kids live in a double wide in Golden. They're at a place that catches a lot of wind coming over lookout mountain, and right down the front range from Boulder. These guys worked with insurance, and pulled the necessary permits for roofing and siding. After a couple snags, everything is in proper working order. Having to lift a down draft cooler to replace the roof, replace blown off siding, new Tyvek on the north side, new bathroom skylight, and completely replace the skirting was no small task! Kyle and his team were incredible! We were so concerned about nails being left around the property after the roof was completed and they did a great job of making sure all their equipment and nails were cleaned up. They were very personal, listened to our concerns and needs were met from start to finish and went above and beyond our expectation! They even took the time to come out while our insurance inspector was here to make sure they didn’t miss anything within our claim! Would recommend for any roofing and/or siding job!
