I am enjoying going to StretchLab once a week for stretching and tips on how to reduce tightness. Lalli is very competent and seems to know what needs to be done to address some of my pains and arthritis. She is pleasant and easy to work with. She use a massage gun and then does several stretches. The front desk people are very friendly and helpful. I wasn't sure what I would find when I used coupon to try this but I have now signed up for weekly stretching. I recommend this is you need some loosening up!
