I've been in the hospitality industry for over 20 years and have never come across a less professional organization. Pay was average for the industry, and benefits start fairly fast. That is where the positives end.

There is zero support from the corporate office, in fact
they ignore their properties until the issues overflow to the point of brand involvement. They don't mention how far they've let issues go when they recruit you though, and they give their new hires (management included) no support in fixing said issues. Disgraceful Treatment and Incompetent Management

The way management at Hyatt House Denver Tech Center treated my mom was absolutely appalling. She was consistently disrespected, ignored, and undervalued, despite her dedication and hard work. In my opinion, they hire people who are not properly trained for their roles and place them in positions they may not be qualified for. It’s clear that the managers struggle to effectively run a team, creating a toxic and hostile work environment where employees are made to feel disposable. I wouldn't recommend working here unless you're prepared to deal with poor leadership.

Stayed at high plans hotel by dia was kicked out the same day and my money was taken just paid $500 Elise the general manager and Stephanie were in my room going through my belongings. Took my money and kicked me and my family of 5 out. All because I caught them. I clearly had my do not disturb sign on my door I had left and forgot my money only to return a few minutes later and them going through my personal belongings. So obviously they were watching the cameras waiting for us to leave. Or my room has hidden cameras. Please read my review on there page. I need someone to contact me . The reservation was the 9 through the 12
