This place promised more than one location HUGE lie. I'm very disappointed because I specifically spoke about how I needed to be able to go to the location closer to DTC during the week and the location I was paying at for the weekend. I felt very misled and I paid a significant amount for a package which I will only get to use on the weekends. In my mind just bad business practice.

I used the Leetsdale location for 2 months in the fall of 2019. Paid by credit card. In February 2020 I noticed a $38.88 charge from Spray La Vie. I called Visa and they issued a credit for February and March. Then I noticed Spray had been billing me for months. They were closed so I complained to the card company, still waiting on news from them. In August I approached the manager of the store, was told they didn't know how or why I was being charged. I provided documentation to show the charges. Since then I have made visits and numerous phone calls with no response, no effort to refund the fraudulent, bogus charges. Locations are rarely staffed. Closed during business hours...the university location never has supplies.... spray tans are never available.
