I’m a property manager and licensed real estate broker. I’ve used sol vista and had the pleasure to work with Jarod and Ty on my last 4 roof replacements just this year in which they’ve exceeded all expectations, they assisted in one transaction to pull information on a prior roof replacement that the insurance company wasn’t accounting for which helped reduce an owners out of pocket expenses. They were communicative with myself and Residents. The most recent home is a sale and they’ve made the process seamless. Thank you all for making a stressful process easier.
This company replaced the roof of a client of mine and did a fantastic job!!! Excellent communication, quick turnaround time, and cleaned up when they were done. Very fast and professional!!! I highly recommend them if you are looking for a good roofing company!!
