Recently a buyer wanted to use Jared Bos with Sol Vista Roofing to replace the roof on one of my listings through an insurance claim initiated through the seller. The entire process was seamless with Jared managing every single aspect of the claim, including meeting with the rude claims adjuster. Jared helped the seller with the terms needing to be provided for the insurance on the claim. The project was completed in one day, the certificate of completion provided and building permit approved prior to closing. The story of excellent service continues with another listing where the buyer was getting an insurance rejection because of a 19 year old roof. Jared went to the property, provided a professional bid with photos and terms of service within 24 hours. He even took the shingle samples to the HOA to get the process started.
