Ali is great at what she does, this is my 2nd time at Smoothe Denver and I highly recommend. I have done Microneedling and Chemical peel.
I don't recommend. When I asked for consultation (hair removal) they said 10 sessions... After one year and a half of treatment I have made more than 15 sessions and I still got hair.I about to quit treatment cause is not working . Is a waste of money and enerhy. If they say 10 is gonna be probably 20 sessions.
They charge you twice and never call back after you claim a refund a several time. Why do you ask for a deposit if you never consider it upon the checkout? Another question is how do you select who do you charge a payment for the booking and who you do not charge? My girlfriend made an appointment a few days after for exactly same treatment and no one asked her to pay in advance. How does that work ??? Can someone eventually get back to me after almost two month and arrange the refund please. ??? I spoke twice to the clinic and once to the office customer service. Only promises to get back to me and nothing apart of that. On top of that it is not easy to get someone to pick the phone there...
