Mike is incredible! Very responsive, polite, charismatic, and WOW is he talented! My wife and I were moving cross-country and had our newborn with us when we stopped in Denver for a few nights. I'm glad we did. Mike went out of his way to come to our hotel because of our "newborn situation." It worked great as my wife and I switched off taking care of the baby, and boy did we need the massage after just having a kid and a move. Mike is extremely talented, definitely one of the best massages I've had. My wife concurred, and we've had A LOT across most major cities in the US. Sidekick Bodywork is definitely one to seek out. I recently had a FST session with Mike Choyama of Sidekick Body Work. It was my first time experiencing FST. I went seeking back pain alleviation, having tried shots, acupuncture, PT and chiropractic care.

I recently had a FST session with Mike Choyama of Sidekick Body Work. It was my first time experiencing FST. I went seeking back pain alleviation, having tried shots, acupuncture, PT and chiropractic care. I found that FST is a great addition to one's pain alleviation program. The body is stretched in ways that are painless but which increase space between muscles, bones, tendons, and nerves. I found the session very relaxing and left feeling rejuvenated and pain free. I found Mike to be both very personable and technically sharp about the approaches he practices. He explained what he was doing, why and what the practical effect of each movement would be.
