We had Miranda out for a new home visit and a few minor issues. From the start communication was great, and she did a good job explaining what was covered with our home warranty. Miranda did most of the repairs herself and did an amazing job. She also had a sub contrator repair a crack in a tub. It is the best tub repair I have seen in 18 years of being a plumber. I was worried about my home warranty after seeing reviews here, but they handled my warranty claim quickly and professionally. Sales team was really good. Quality of the build was terrible. Nothing like the show home. Walls are not ***************** leaks. Scratched countertops. Scratched shower doors. Cabinet doors falling off. Lots of items taped off at walk through that were never taken care of. ****** peeling up. There are a lot of issues with quality. And now no one from home warranty will respond. Only been in ********** months.
