It seems they do high end work I have a lower end project home in pueblo..and I found a structural engineer from that area willing to work it into his schedule to draw the structure al plans at a fair price.using mu floor plan I designed.semper laughed when i told them about my 100000 dollar budget.I know it can be done..not every home is a million dollar project.hey I got the lot 6500sq ft for 12000.I'll send em a picture when its done.they were curtious and professional thanksfor that.I know everything in denver is big bucks
