I called at 11:30 today, July 3rd, for a haircut. I asked for Lila but was informed that she's no longer there because of medical reasons. I hope she's better. So I was offered Shayna to cut my hair at 1:30. So I walked there, I only live a half mile away, and got there at 1:20. I wrote my name, the time of my appointment, and Shayna's name on the board. At that time 3 other 1:30 appointments were written on the board and then one after me. All of them were seated before me and twice I went up to the desk to ask where Shayna was. Nobody knew. I was told she's probably on break the 1st time I asked and that she was probably getting food the 2nd time.... read full review
Got a great cut from Julia A. This was my first time seeing a new barber/stylist after having the same one for for 9 years. She took the time to really talk and figure out what I wanted while also giving her opinion of what would look best. During the appointment she periodically asked me how I thought it was looking and made adjustments as I wanted. Definitely my new spot!
I have know this man since 2005, he has been cutting my son and mine for as long as I can remember. First he takes care of everyone before himself. I wish, I knew more like him. Oh and he's a great barber as well and will shave you twice, until he's happy.
