Not sure the kind of work they actually do, but the guy that came for our appointment just knocked on the door and said “hey.” No name introduction , no mention of being from Rooter Town. Just not very professional. They ended up telling me that the work we thought we needed wasn’t necessary, so maybe they’re actually honest. Just need to train employees about how they represent their company.

Jason did a great job cleaning our drain. Came out quickly and stayed to make sure the problem was fixed. Gave good information on what to do in order to avoid future issues. Highly recommend.
