Ali was amazing!!!! I forgot to book my carpet cleaners for my 6th floor condo move out and had to try to book with less than a week’s notice. I asked for several quotes on Yelp and was lucky enough to get an answer back from RiNo. I’m so thankful they were able to make it happen. Because of my high-rise condo sitch, they had to use portable equipment but the entire job was done in less than 3 hours, despite Ali having to make multiple trips down to the truck for different attachments and equipment. He even worked around my very curious/grumpy pup. The price was exactly as originally quoted. I recommend them to anyone looking for fast, friendly, efficient service you can trust!!
