I took advantage of the new student promo and it's the best $22 I've invested in myself. I took two gentle yoga classes, one with Ann as the instructor and the other with Lania. Both were lovely. It was a wonderful way to ease back into exercise, move my body, and take some time for myself. It's clear that the studio itself has fostered a community with its instructors and regulars. I didn't feel intimidated and instead it was a warm and inviting atmosphere, nothing pretentious about it. I look forward to returning.

I've been a member at Refresh Studios for nearly a year and I've loved every class I've taken! The instructors are skilled and knowledgable and great about offering modifications to make the exercises both easier and more difficult, depending on students' preferences. The studio is a welcoming and warm space, and newcomers are embraced and included from their very first class. I highly recommend Refresh Studios to everyone interested in establishing a consistent yoga practice or other physical and spiritual activities.

I have loved my membership at Refresh Studio, the teachers are all very talented and kind and the choices are extensive. I joined before COVID and was able to continue because of the virtual experience Alison put together. Highly recommend and have referred a couple of people there!
