Highly recommend R&R! Especially for their customer service! I had two crank open windows that no longer opened, I knew what needed to be replaced but had no idea which product was the correct one. I emailed their team to see if they could confirm for me if the product I found was correct. They replied just a couple hours later letting me know it isn’t the correct one and even attached a labeled photo that helped to understand why I needed a single arm operator, as opposed to the dual arm operator. They included direct links and helped me choose the correct handle. The shipment arrived in just days and installation was very simple. Thank you!!
Five stars plus all around. I can't say enough great things about this company. From my initial inquiries through my parts purchase and installation impeccable customer service all around. Starlene helped me out on the phone answered many questions, and made sure I ordered what I needed. I needed special springs and parts to repair my wood double hung windows in my family log home. Their 'text line' support even answered a question on install I did myself after I purchased and received the parts. I still have more orders to place to finish my projects; and I will be back.
