Gilbert was phenomenal! Other companies quoted us hundreds of dollars to replace a valve that wasn’t necessary, in fact, it was causing excess noise in our sprinkler pipes. Gilbert suggested removing the valve entirely and replacing with a pipe . It not only saved us so much money, it resolved a problem we weren’t aware was connected to that valve. Gilbert also gave us some great home improvement tips and stayed through testing the sprinkler zones to ensure the water hammer noise wasn’t a problem anymore.
Gilbert is the man! Great work at a fair price. Avoid the big name companies like Applewood. He recently helped my mom during a last second service call and saved the day since her basement plumbing was clogged.
This is the 2nd time he has assisted with plumbing services, he also helped her at her previous house years ago. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
