Proactive came out to assess my plumbing prior to some groundwork being done. They found two major pipe leaks (much to my surprise) but were able to schedule me the next day for the repair. All workers were friendly and professional.. I highly recommend this company.
Great communication. Someone actually answers the phone when you call to schedule or call with questions. The techs that came out were fast and efficient. The techs called me with questions (I was not home at the time) that I wasn’t even able to answer since I just bought the house but they took the time to figure it out and were patient. Fairly priced.
Proactive Sewer is the best sewer company around! I will never use anybody else for my sewer problems. Whenever I call in, the receptionist is so sweet and helpful and answers my many questions and goes over the initial pricing with me. Moises is always so kind when he comes out to our house, and he is so professional. When we first bought the house, we were told we would need to replace part of the sewer line. We had Proactive Sewer come out to give us a 2nd opinion, and Moises was so honest ad upfront and told us that our sewer line looked great after doing a scope.
