First, I am not a customer of Powers Construction. I live adjacent to a project they are wrapping up on South Pearl Street in Denver, CO. Before the project began, the owner, John Powers approached my father, who owns the house I live in, with a plan for temporary fencing. He explained they would have to remove a good portion of the original privacy fence BUT WOULD REPLACE IT AT THE END OF CONSTRUCTION. My father lives by his word and expects others to do so. For reference, my house is about 15 feet from the edge of the apartment complex they built.
