Your solicitors obviously don’t know how to read. I have a no solicitation sign at my door. It’s HUGE. But your idiot ignores it rings the bell and knocks on door. Gets my dogs going friggin nuts.
So disrespectful, disruptive and rude. Then I try calling your company and it’s disconnected. Please tell your obnoxious solicitors to read. Or I will do more than write a bad review.

First, I am not a customer of Powers Construction. I live adjacent to a project they are wrapping up on South Pearl Street in Denver, CO. Before the project began, the owner, John Powers approached my father, who owns the house I live in, with a plan for temporary fencing. He explained they would have to remove a good portion of the original privacy fence BUT WOULD REPLACE IT AT THE END OF CONSTRUCTION. My father lives by his word and expects others to do so. For reference, my house is about 15 feet from the edge of the apartment complex they built. From the beginning (almost 2 years ago), I experienced dust, debris, and pieces of dangerous metal blown, flung, or otherwise deposited onto my property. I experienced blaring music, loud voices, and unacceptable behavior from the workers. On several occasions, crews trespassed on my property, forcing me to install a security system, which I have never done before. Powers Construction did not adhere to building codes and regulations, which forced me to call the City and County of Denver to complain. For example, they didn't hang a curtain while doing brick and concrete work. Concrete dust consistently blew into my yard and open windows until they were forced to comply. The superintendent, Chris Puchli, fastened the temporary fencing to my existing section of fence, which, overtime, damaged it. Crews leaned tools, supplies and even themselves on the remaining fence, causing it to seriously lean over. Every time I asked Powers Construction to handle an issue, I was met with nasty attitudes, mean-spirited emails, and generally bad (if not no) communication from the management team. Throughout the project, I asked about their plan to replace the fence and I was told not to worry, they would let me know as the project began to wrap up. A few months ago, I noticed the replacement fence on the south side of the project, another single-family home that had their old chain link fence removed for the sake of the project. Just this week, Lisa Parrett with Powers Construction informed me they would be removing the temporary fence and NOT ERECTING A REPLACMENT FENCE. When I reached out to the City and County of Denver, they informed me that the matter was civil and not within the City's purview. I caution anyone thinking of engaging Powers Construction because of their blatant lying and overall lack of integrity, alongside their poor and even criminal business practices.
