The employees at this company exhibit unacceptable behavior, demonstrating a lack of empathy and professionalism. Their conduct, including verbal and physical abuse, is concerning, especially in a setting working with the elderly. I strongly advise against considering this place for employment or services. There's a critical need for improvement in their treatment of others.

We have been here 4 years and the first 3 were amazing but the last year has not been so pleasant for my self as the client that needs care or for my care giver.the staff that used to be here was kind and helpful. Now tri g to get things taken care of or a call back is very difficult. The staff changes to much now you never know who you need to talk to and there is no consistency in people.3 month later now they are taking my moms equipment she needs after saying she could.keep it.this gets worse and tiffany in the east office is so rude. So disappointed

I have been working for this company for almost 2 years and I have never found such a remarkable culture. What has kept me here is their values the company sets not only for all staff members but also for their caregivers. The core values of Character and enjoyment for this company are what led me here and also why I keep working for PeopleCare. We are several moving pieces that make up this culture. PeopleCare never stops helping others to provide extraordinary customer service to are clients and caregivers.
