Have turned to Andy on 2 occasions now, March 2023 and February 2025, with a Dell laptop with windows files issues, first running very slowly and then corrupted files. Has repaired windows, updated files and drivers, and in general got the laptop running very smoothly and responsively. First class response time and completing repairs and both done for a very reasonable price.
