Laundry and cleaning was fine, however, I provided their 30% off coupon when dropping off my ideas and they ended up only giving me 20% off as a new customer and rung up the 13 shirts I brought as laundry so that it wouldn’t be valid for the discount. Incredibly cheeky move.

I'll never brush my teeth again with a cashmere sweater on!!!!!Many years ago I helped the Cucinelli family finance an acquisition. As a thank you present they sent me a gorgeous 4-6 ply cashmere sweater which I adore.I dropped it off to paradise ( which is a few blocks from me). Do not get me wrong they did a fantastic job of getting crest out of my sweater but for $19 bucks ( that includes a 10% discount) I think I can get in my car and find a similar cleaner for less.Friendly quick service but man we are talking $$$$

I go here because the people are really great, and the few problems that I have had have always been quickly and pleasantly resolved (being in sales really makes me appreciate super customer service). Watch out though... their prices are way, way up there, even with coupons from the entertainment book!
