I have wavy hair with a little bit of curl to it and Carol always does a great job. She does a dry cut and some touch ups after she washes and diffuse dries it. I appreciate that she has a 2 week free touch up period but I haven't needed it. My hair has always looks good both curly and when I straighten it.

Had my hair cut by Hef for the second time! First of all what a fantastic human being and barber! First thing when I walked in they greeted me with a smile and how are you doing like I wasn’t a stranger but a dear friend. Listened to exactly what I asked for and went back over what I asked just to make sure we were on the same page. Very compassionate and absolutely nailed it. Hef invites a culture that brings no anxiety or misunderstanding to your haircut. Which we’ve all experienced before. Also during the cut you can tell how much their community means to them with amazing conversations! Can not recommend them enough!

I had Carol for an appointment where I got chunky blonde highlights!! She was super sweet and explained the entire process throughout the entire time. She never left me out of the bleaching process and the wash process, basically she was with me every step of the way. To add, we were alone that day, but not once did I feel awkward or weird! She's a total vibe and I totally understand how she's the owner of such an amazing facility. If you ever want to go for a fun bleach, go to Carol (and other staff, I trust them all too).
