Absolutely brilliant experience from the moment I scheduled until the moment I walked out of there! They were very communicative before my appointment, the man who answered the phone was patience, kind and helpful. When I arrived I believe it was the same man, and he was equally as nice and helpful in person. The tech who did all the tests/images on my eyes was kind and helpful as well! He explained everything he was doing and why he was doing it in a way I could understand. He made sure all of my worries or concerns were addressed as well. I had a great experience with the team at Optique of Denver. The whole process from from intake to glasses selection was extremely professional. I was assisted by Fabian who was extremely knowledgeable about the product and features. We sat down and took all options into consideration. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured to make a purchase. It felt more of a conversation and I appreciate him taking the time to discuss each option. With these types of purchases its important to be sure. Most importantly the staff there was honest about how glasses fit and what best suited my face. I will be returning to get my next pair of frames.

The service here was top quality, from the beginning to the end. The woman who took all of the initial tests/screenings was very friendly and pleasant. I saw Dr. Callahan and she was great, very patient in answering all of my questions. Brendan helped me pick out new glasses afterwards and he was also great.
Definitely the most pleasant experience I have had in a medical setting in quite some time.
