We recently had all of our windows replaced in our house in October and we were thoroughly impressed with Nelson and Associates (www.nelsonremodeldenver.com). Brad Dykes, the owner, was wonderful to work with in devising a plan for replacements, offered great economical advice that worked within our budget, and he and his staff were extremely professional during the installation. We received 3 other bids but Nelson and Associates was head and shoulders above the competition. They are locally owned and the windows are manufactured locally, helping our local businesses and not paying the over-priced national marketing prices the other companies were offering. We worked directly with Brad and felt comfortable with him as he was not trying to upsell us on every decision. He also came up with a great idea to remove the architectural arches above the bay windows and frame in a standard window for cost savings. Brad was honest, frank and enjoyable to work with. We would highly recommend Nelson and Associates and Brad to anyone considering window replacement and siding. Nelson and Associates receives 5 stars in our book.
