Needed my hands and toes done for a wedding I am attending soon, French gels on both mani and pedi. They were very sweet and took their time making sure everything was perfect. Let the results speak for themselves. (Photos attached)
Made an appointment for last Friday. Had to wait nearly 30 mins to get in. Smelled like a sewer main is broken beneath the building. And to top it off, my shellac manicure already is chipping and it’s Monday… not super happy
Mixed review! I’ve had great service here and very poor service here- it all depends on your technician. One time I had a pedicure and the tech was watching a show on her cell phone during the service. She kept stopping (like in the middle of filing) and looking down at her phone which was propped on the product cart next to my feet. At one point I leaned forward to see what she was looking and saw it was something playing on her phone. Needless to say, I was super annoyed. I’ve seen the same tech since with other customers and she’s and she’s just plain rude. I won’t get service from her again.
