I wish I could give 10 stars! Dr. Leuenberger was fantastic with both my 8 year-old son and I. He was thorough and explained each step of his process. He has a warm, kind demeanor. Dr. L. found a retinal tear in my eye and got me in at a surgery center that very same day. I can’t say thank you enough!
Taylor helped me find new glasses frames (and this was no easy feat). I tried on nearly every pair in the store, multiple times. She was incredibly patient with me and has a sharp eye for fashion. Taylor is a pure joy to be around!
I highly recommend this office. I live 45 minutes away and will make this drive every time. Very well worth it.
My Eye Doctor diwntown location has been my preferred one for the last 5 years and there a lot of reasons why. The customer service, professionalism and attitude are out of this world. Taylor and Julie are the ones who always take care of me. Those two ladies deserve my deepest gratitude and admiration for how they represent thr office, they have knowledge and patience of saints. They make you feel welcome and special, they appreciate your business. They will never try to upsale. I highly recommend their services to anyone. I met Dr. Thompson for the first time today, I am very impressed by her knowledge and in depth approach already.
The doctor was absolutely awesome and the receptionist with her warm welcome, to the sales associate(s) providing excellent customer service. You guys are amazing. Alyssa is a wonderfully knowledgeable tech. I truly appreciate you guys for correcting my vision.
