I am looking for a new dentist because our old dentist no longer takes our insurance. I got Ashley on the phone and she was so friendly, answered on the first ring, told me everything I needed to know about insurance, and was just so warm and inviting! Calling around to dentists has been very difficult to say the least (I'm on hold indefinitely or the person who finally answers doesn't have the correct information). Just had to give a shout out to Ashley :)

Dr Lowery and Amy Von Tillis very professionally helped me get a new Sleep Apnea device. Took me thru the process of measuring my breathing during sleep, fitting me with a new device, and managed my reimbursement with Medicare. All was professional and just felt right. They worked the process with Medicare and when the final review was done Medicare covered the full cost for the new device and work they did thru the process. Positive folks who are there to get the job done right. Highly recommend them if you are dealing with Sleep Apnea.

I’ve been going to Dr Lowery for almost 20 years. She is knowledgeable and genuinely kind, and I trust that she will not push me into unnecessary dental work. Her staff is very professional and responsive when I get nervous. Highly recommend!
