They were easy to reach, pleasant to schedule with, and communicative on the day of cleaning. The guy who came to clean the carpets was prompt, friendly, and knowledgeable. He did a great job and warned us that the cat pee could become temporarily smelly due to the cleaning (ironically) so not to worry, it would dissipate over time. But the cleaning never caused any odors (even though they were our cat's), and the carpets were really clean and beautiful when he was finished. We couldnt be happier. Oh, and the price was good.
Wesley was very efficient and did an excellent job. The carpet looks like new again.
