Just had Jeff (Mr.Plumber) repair a leak in our shower and replace 2 toilets for us. He was very responsive, came out the next day to assess our needs. He's a straight shooter and will not try to upsell you on things you do not need. Another company wanted to cut into our drywall in 2 areas and charge $150.00 to assess and then $500.00 to repair drywall before they would even diagnose the problem. Jeff knew what the issues were right away and came up with a plan to correct them. He works quickly and efficiently to get your job done and communicates with you constantly. His pricing is so reasonable . He's a really nice person too! I highly recommend Mr.Plumber, he's the only one we will call from now on!
Jeff is fantastic! I had a somewhat time sensitive request, as the problem could have caused damage to my sprinkler backflow preventer if it wasn't repaired before an upcoming freeze. Jeff responded to my request quickly and showed up early the next morning (quicker than any other company I called). He repaired the broken valve with no issues before the weather set in. Saved me a lot of headache. He also happily answered my million questions and made some other minor replacements in my home that could prevent future flooding. Pricing was extremely reasonable. I am super grateful to Jeff and will certainly call him again when needed.
Jeff at Mr. Plumber is simply the best!!! If you are at all interested in good customer service - USE JEFF! He is VERY fair in his pricing and EXCEPTIONAL in his work, communication and professionalism.
