About Montbello Laundry Center
Montbello Laundry Center is a clean laundromat with friendly and helpful staff. The washers and dryers work very well when they are operational. However, there are frequent complaints about many broken machines, with a significant number of washers and dryers often out of order, which can lead to waits for an available machine. The facility has a ton of machines of all sizes and the bathrooms are maintained as clean. It is a place that gets very busy, especially on weekends. A common concern is that it can be very hot inside, which sometimes causes an unpleasant smell. The environment can also be hectic, with children running around. Despite these frustrations, many customers plan to return and continue using the services.
Clean facility and they have 3 options for pay: coin (they have a coin machine), credit/debit card and a loyalty card.
The credit/debit option would be more convenient if they didn't hold a $15 charge for EACH CARD USE.
There's also an upcharge for warm(.25) or hot(.50) water per load.
The use of a large 6 load washer is 7.75 per load if you use cold water. For 2 loads of laundry, using hot water costs $16.50, but there are 2 separate charges for $15. $30 on my card for $16.50 of laundry is wild. Great place. I was assisted by a super nice lady that helped me to understand the machines and she also sold me some detergent for the machines. The energy in this place is really nice. I feel safe and I was able to wash my clothes for a very affordable price. I recommend if you are visiting and you need a place to wash and dry your clothes.
I want the comment about one of the workers there has very clean the bathrooms,wash machines and floors everything is clean I think her name is Sonia in Jae asked her name personally for this review when I am there,but when there are other people working they have bit clean the machines,floors,bathrooms or washers & dryers
