Montbello Laundry Center is a clean laundromat with friendly and helpful staff. The washers and dryers work very well when they are operational. However, there are frequent complaints about many broken machines, with a significant number of washers and dryers often out of order, which can lead to waits for an available machine. The facility has a ton of machines of all sizes and the bathrooms are maintained as clean. It is a place that gets very busy, especially on weekends. A common concern is that it can be very hot inside, which sometimes causes an unpleasant smell. The environment can also be hectic, with children running around. Despite these frustrations, many customers plan to return and continue using the services.
The young lady that was there tonight was extremely pleasant and helpful. The machines were very clean and worked very well. I highly recommend and will definitely go back again.
The 2 ladies behind the counter is always nice. But the owner needs to fix the dam broken machines. Theres way to many machines broken. The first 3 rows of machines had only 3 machines per row that worked! And then about 1/3 of the dryers was down. The washers do work well and so do the dryers. But when all those machines is down then you will have to wait till one opens up. I only used the bathroom 2 times and it was clean during those times. My only complaint is all those broken machines! Yes I will continue to go there until those machines start to do a bad job on my clothes!
The place is clean, they have a ton of machines of all sizes, and unlike the first place I tried, they ALL work. The two ladies that are in here working are very friendly. If I ever need to come out to wash a ton of blankets again after my pet got sick this is where I will be heading.
