I’ve brought my printer here twice and Shane (sorry if that’s spelled wrong) is sooooo amazing! I always expect the price to be double what it is but he’s so honest and fair. I’m a stay at home mom and a small time crafter and I really appreciate the affordable rates. I’m a customer for life!
We have been bringing our Epson printers here for regular service and repairs the past few years. Our printers get a lot of heavy use and Shane does a great job of keeping them tuned up and working properly. Appreciate the quick turnaround too!
Shane knocked it out of the park.
I sent him a scanner that was not working and he fixed it in no time at all and send it back to me. Once I received it back- it was grabbing a few documents at a time and scanning them in instead of one by one. I mailed it back to him and he called me the next day and said I just needed to push the dial down and he mailed it back to me. He did not charge me at all for this.
I then sent him another scanner that was not working properly. He did everything he could to fix it however Epson discontinued the part he needed. He contacted Epson and got them send us a brand new machine at no cost- even though we were way past...read full review
