Im headed from Florida to California and my fuel pump went out on i70. I called Ray and he said bring it over they will get it done as fast as possible. From the time the tow dropped it off to time of completion was roughly 4 hours. I was back on the road way faster than expected. Ray and his team were considerate and genuine and did great work. It felt more of a family vibe than a customer vibe. Highly recommend and will certainly go to them if I ever find myself needing work done in Denver again.
I was on my way from Indiana to Oregon when I started having some pretty concerning issues with my vehicles VTEC. I thought I could fix the issue myself but it just wasn’t the case. I ended up stuck here in Denver for a couple of days. I called mechanics all over this city, and the Casillas’s were the only ones willing to work with me immediately. All three gentleman were very professional and helpful. I worked closely with Carlos who ran multiple test on my vehicle to diagnose the issue. Called at 11am to see if he had time today to take a look at my car. I was expecting to be without for a few days. My commute to work is about an hour so I was hoping to have it returned as soon as possible. He called me with a quote that was leds than i anticipated, and texted pictures of the issue. My drop off was at 1130am and by 530pm same day, he had got the parts and managed to have it repaired. This is the 2nd time I've brought my car in, and been repaired same day.
Not only were repairs cheaper than expected, Ray saved me a pretty penny on ubers for the week. I will be calling Meza from here on out when I need work done on my car.
