I don’t do a lot of reviews, but this company has restored my faith in customer service and honesty. John came out to look at a door latch that no longer closed and could have charged us for an entire new setup, but instead figured out how to fix the problem with no new hardware needed. I will forever remember this and will call Metrolock when I need lock work done.
John was great and got our new home rekeyed this morning. The pricing was transparent and competitive and his service was awesome. We will definitely be using MetroLocks in the future!
