Previously, I had very bad experiences with Massage Envy at this location. However, the new manager, Marina, has really turned things around. I had a large accumulation of credits that occurred during Covid and continued to accumulate due to understaffing and poor book-ability. I had been trying to use the credits I had paid for with several previous managers and nothing had been done. When Marina got there, she contacted me and spent quite some time on the phone with me getting appointments booked and helping me to use the credits I paid for. This was my first facial in a long time. I was pleasantly surprised by ME. Previously, I had thought they only did massages. I had a great experience and would go back. Great location too.
I have been going to Massage Envy for years and have always had a good experience
My last experience was very unpleasant due to an unforseen and unfortunate medical situation. Due to that experience I was asked not to return to Massage Envy and the appointment I made that day for a later day was cancelled.
