    Have been trying to get chairs replace or repaired since they arrived. Nothing but cancellations or scheduling appointments at times without contacting me before hand to see if those times work. Its so bad that at one point, they gave me the option to reschedule an appointment they were 3 hours late for, which i accepted...only to have a delivery driver call me an hour later and say he was almost at my house. Now I'm having to fight customer service because they marked this failed delivery as delivered. No one responded to my yelp review so maybe this will get their attention.     This store does it right! Thank you to Kathy S for extraordinary customer service! Long story short—I bought my Dad pants for Xmas and he tried to exchange them, but there was a problem. He's 4 hours away from the closest Macy's. Kathy S made it more than right. THANK YOU! So impressed and grateful.

    I bought a couch from the sales associate Allen. He was helpful, but lied to me about being able to earn Macy's Rewards if I used my Macy's card to buy the couch, thus I lost out on about $125 in rewards.
