I have a backpack that the zipper was not properly zipping and I called to see if they thought they could fix it. They said yes, bring it in.
They were able to fix it quickly and I am blown away. I was expecting to have to replace the entire zipper, but they were able to do a quick fix on it and tighten the mechanism.
Highly recommend-! I appreciated their expertise and speed at which they worked, and I was able to get my bag fixed on the spot! I was expecting it to take at least a week or two, but the lady was able to fix it within minutes!
This is the only place I take my clothes to get altered. I'm a shortman so I need basically every pair of pants I've ever had hemmed. And once in a while a shirt can be adjusted too.
I am in and out in like 4 minutes, she's so efficient at measuring. Every time I get my clothes back they're perfect. It's a little expensive and they're cash (or check) only, which is a slight pain in the butt, but it's worth it. I've been coming here for like 5 years now and they're just great.
They've been awesome with requests for rush orders and things like that as well. I'm really happy with everything they do, and I'm glad to use them.
I have been going here for years and can't praise them enough. They do exceptional work and for everything I want done.
