This is the only place I take my clothes to get altered. I'm a shortman so I need basically every pair of pants I've ever had hemmed. And once in a while a shirt can be adjusted too.
I am in and out in like 4 minutes, she's so efficient at measuring. Every time I get my clothes back they're perfect. It's a little expensive and they're cash (or check) only, which is a slight pain in the butt, but it's worth it. I've been coming here for like 5 years now and they're just great.
They've been awesome with requests for rush orders and things like that as well. I'm really happy with everything they do, and I'm glad to use them.
Very pleased with my first clothing repair experience. At first I was a little unsure and it wasn't what I expected, but they did a great job patching the hole in my favorite sweater and I'm glad I can wear it again! They were affordable and quick too. Will return!
Outerwear (the category I can speak to) — Had a coat shortened, sleeves shortened as well. Extremely fast turnaround, quality work, accurate measurements, friendly service, fair prices for as quick as they are + quality! They also are extremely helpful, friendly, and kind! Would definitely bring other pieces of outerwear to be altered when necessary! Thank you!!!
