Great company to work with! They work with with us on the rates and value good service and relations. We work with Sam Hart and his team and they are polite, reasonable, efficiently helpful, and overall professional. I see plenty of negative reviews of this company, but I do believe if you offer them excellent service, they'll reciprocate and respond with great service as well.
I had 6 high priority loads that I needed to have moved with a days notice. Loadsmith had the loads on the board at 9am and trucks arriving by noon, with a constant stream of updates throughout.
